Pink tile, green carpet, the wrong kind of wood paneled walls – just to paint a quick picture of how ugly this room used to be. As a breezeway this room really didn’t serve a purpose, and a mudroom entry is A MUST for a Minnesota winter.
My sketch quickly turned into this. I am amazed.

Amazing work. I have very little wood in my house, basically just the bannister. But, if I did, this is the way I would go. Your photos are very inspirational.

This is such a great space! I stumbled across your blog from Farmhouse 5540 and I like what I see. I have one suggestion though- It would be a lot better if you used a larger font. It would be so much easier to read!
