This chicken salad recipe is quick, easy, and keto-friendly; three of my favorites in the kitchen. The ingredients are simple and I used a lot of these same ingredients in a few of my other salad recipes, so I always have them on-hand.
What I used:
Shred the chicken & chop your onion. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients – leaving the chicken OUT until everything is mixed well. Add shredded chicken. Chill & serve!
I garnished this salad with pansies & sprouts and served it in cups with organic romaine lettuce to dress it up, keep it fresh, and keep it keto!
